Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

▸ Identify business opportunities, analyze different potential markets and define strategies to enter the market.

▸ Prospect new potential clients through your own networking, LinkedIn, cold-calling and email marketing campaigns.

▸ Building powerful and trustful relationships with new clients through a consultant approach (we never oversell).

▸ Book demo meetings with potential new clients to understand their needs and present Hub OS solutions.

▸ Negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of the markets and about the hospitality industry.

▸ When required, perform email marketing campaigns to obtain new warm leads.

▸ Train and support current business partners, supporting them in achieving the expected results.

▸ Collaborate with the product team on identifying and understanding specific clients’ needs and requirements.

▸ Attend events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and hospitality technology trends.

 

Requirements

▸ Previous experience is required in a similar role, ideally with a minimum of 3 years.

▸ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

▸ Sales oriented, good negotiation skills, team player but able to work independently.

▸ Great listener and solutions-oriented.

▸ Excellent level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

▸ Solid experience in the hospitality industry.

▸ The drive to learn about hospitality tech trends and grow your knowledge in both Hub OS solutions and competitors.

▸ Comfortable with technology and the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.

▸ Knowledge of the hoteliers’ pain points, hospitality tech trends, products and competitors. 

 

Nice to have

▸ Previous experience in B2B sales.

▸ Experience in digital marketing: email marketing campaigns, SEO, SEA.

▸ The ability to write informative content.

▸ Some experience with AI, Photoshop or Figma.

▸ BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant field.

▸ Additional languages such as French, German or Portuguese are highly valued.

 

Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

Create, drive and present a full project implementation plan per each customer you onboard based on the modules contracted and specific client’s requirements.

▸ Supporting and making sure all customers complete, on time, the required configuration file, in order for you to start the setup and customisation of the system based on customer needs and modules contracted.

▸ Training customers on how to efficiently use Hub OS solutions.

▸ Collaborate with the sales team in the final stages of the sales cycle to learn in advance about the customers’ needs and make a smooth transition.

▸ Identify implementation blockers and opportunities for improvement.

▸ Be the main point of contact for the first 90 days to ensure a successful implementation process on the solutions implemented.

▸ Create documentation to support a better understanding of the implementation process and for training purposes.

▸ Gain a deep product knowledge in order to solve customers challenges and objections during and after the implementation.

▸ When required, help the support team with tickets and calls.

 

Requirements

Previous experience is required in a similar role, ideally with a minimum of 2 years.

▸ Availability to travel all around the world at least 75% of the time.

▸ Excellent level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

▸ Experience explaining in a simple way, with different terms and tones depending on the audience, system functionalities and benefits. 

▸ Comfortable with technology and giving presentations to groups of any size and audience (from housekeepers, technicians to C-level management.).

▸ Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solutions.

▸ Great project management skills.

▸ Experience managing several projects at the same time, with different complexity levels and customers needs.

▸ Knowledge of hospitality tech trends, products and pain points.

▸ Team player but able to work independently.

 

Nice to have

Proven track record of efficiently implementing customers in other SaaS companies.

▸ Previous experience in implementing other SaaS solutions.

▸ Additional languages such as French, German or Portuguese are highly valued.
