Software Implementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead the successful onboarding of our software solutions, either on-site or remotely, ensuring a seamless implementation tailored to each client’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and present comprehensive project onboarding plans for each client, based on contracted modules and specific requirements.
Guide clients to complete the required configuration files on time, enabling accurate system setup and customization according to their needs.
Collaborate closely with new clients to gather requirements for building their live environment and configuring the system to optimize operational workflows.
Configure and calibrate the software solution to reflect each hotel’s operational processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation, ensuring clear communication and efficient progress.
Advise clients on adapting operational processes to align with our software solution.
Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, prioritizing strategically to meet timelines.
Deliver comprehensive training and support during UAT/testing cycles.
Collaborate with the Sales team during final stages for a smooth client handover.
Identify implementation blockers and opportunities for process improvement.
Create documentation to support client understanding and internal training needs.
Develop deep product knowledge to address customer challenges and questions during and after implementation.
Support live installations, ensuring timely issue logging, communication, and resolution.
Your Background:
3+ years of experience in a similar implementation role.
Strong hospitality industry background experience with hotel operations or hospitality tech platforms
(PMS, Revenue Management, Channel Managers) preferred.
In-depth understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
Comfortable with technology and quick to grasp new technical concepts.
Knowledgeable about hoteliers’ pain points, hospitality tech trends, and competitive products.
Confident working with IT solutions, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms (no formal IT degree required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Skilled at explaining system functionalities and benefits clearly, adapting tone and detail to the audience.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset while able to work independently.
