️ About the roleWe’re looking for a strategic Revenue Operations Manager who will be the architect of our revenue engine. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you’ll own the entire revenue operations function, spanning sales operations, customer success operations, and revenue analytics.This is a high-impact role where you’ll design systems, implement tools, build automations, and transform data into actionable insights that drive our go-to-market strategy.You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring our teams have the processes, tools, automations and insights they need to scale efficiently while we continue our global expansion.
Your mission:Strategy & Customer Journey- Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints
- Define key engagement moments and design interventions that drive conversion and retention
- Partner with leadership to design and implement strategies for building a high-performing sales organization
- Audit our existing tech stack and redesign it for maximum efficiency and automation
- Implement new tools and platforms that support our growth objectives
- Build automations that eliminate manual work and improve efficiency and productivity
- Integrate AI solutions to enhance productivity and unlock new capabilities across GTM teams
- Serve as the technical expert and administrator for our GTM tools (HubSpot and beyond)
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards that make data accessible and actionable
- Analyze sales forecasts vs. actuals, pipeline health, and team activity metrics
- Deliver insights that identify our highest-potential markets, segments, and opportunities
- Enable data-driven decision-making across all go-to-market teams
- Design and implement playbooks for Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams
- Document all processes and ensure documentation remains updated and useful
- Deliver training and enablement to teams as new processes and tools are rolled out
- Continuously review and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and results
- Contribute to strategic cross-departmental projects that impact growth
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align operations
Required qualifications:- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations roles with demonstrated success
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- HubSpot expert: deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and related tools
- Technical proficiency: comfortable implementing tools, building automations, and working with APIs, integration platforms and AI solutions
- Data analyst mindset: strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and BI tools
- Process-oriented: excellent at designing, documenting, and optimizing workflows
- Strategic thinker: ability to see the big picture while managing tactical execution
