The Story
HUB’s story is unique. It began with the vision and determination of two friends, Alex and Joan, who set out to create Hub OS — a hotel management system built from scratch as a technological solution for the hospitality industry.
Hub OS was born to address a clear gap in hotel operations. The goal was to develop a system that could track and log all tasks performed by staff and management in real time, provide actionable reports at any moment, and remain easy to use on a daily basis.
