The Story

HUB’s story is unique. It began with the vision and determination of two friends, Alex and Joan, who set out to create Hub OS — a hotel management system built from scratch as a technological solution for the hospitality industry.

Hub OS was born to address a clear gap in hotel operations. The goal was to develop a system that could track and log all tasks performed by staff and management in real time, provide actionable reports at any moment, and remain easy to use on a daily basis.

The dream began to take shape in 2015, and today, Hub OS has grown far beyond its original vision.

Thanks to Alex and Joan’s attention to detail, perseverance, and customer-focused mindset, Hub OS is now operating in over 60 countries worldwide.
